Using Autodesk Fusion360, we have the ability design parts that you can see before we proceed in processing the metal product.

We have the ability to use resin based SLA prints that have a very high accuracy to prove concept and fitment.

In house plasma cutting abilities  include cutting up to 3/8" to 1/2" Aluminum, mild & Stainless Steel.

Laser cutting is also available.

With our 8' press brake, shear and rolling abilities, We can process most parts under 1/4" thick and some times more depending on process you need.

We have a Punching machine that can handle large holes up to 1-1/4". Plate shearing up to 1/2". Corner notching and sheet shearing up to 1/8" at 4' wide.

Our manual machining process and CNC abilities deliver a superior finish and high accuracy. We can handle a single prototype part to high quantity lots.

Our cutting services include semi automated horizontal bandsaw, vertical bandsaw and burr free Cold saws.

We have abilities to tumble parts up to 6"x6"x6". Abrasive blasting for surface prep. Powder coating, Anodizing and other metal finishes.

Our team's ability to layout and MIG / TIG weld and fabricate parts using engineered drawings or sketches will have the same fantastic result. We are proud to offer fantastic aluminum TIG welding expertise.
